Goods sold are non-returnable, except for repairs or replacements under warranty.

Product Availability

Our website is regularly updated with the latest stock status. However there may be some exceptions. We will contact you if what you have ordered is out of stock. If you place an especially high-value order, we may contact you for verification of personal details.

Minimum One-Year Warranty

Items purchased on this website are covered by a minimum ONE-YEAR WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship, unless stated otherwise.

Prices

This is a website that is based in Singapore. Therefore all prices are in SGD and we absorb Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the moment.

Payment

We accept payment in SGD only.

Our website accepts PayNow, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and PayPal. New options may be added from time to time.

Credit and debit card transactions are processed using secure online payment systems provided by HitPay via Stripe  – one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the world. Stripe is also in charge of payment systems for many giant corporations such as Amazon. We also offer PayPal just in case you need it.

Certain modes of payment might be subject to processing fees. If so, you will be notified BEFORE payment is made.

If you use a credit card issued outside Singapore, your payment provider will charge a fee for currency conversion due to cross-border transaction. This is usually 1-2% extra. So the price paid might be a ‘little’ different. This price difference has nothing to do with this website.

Please contact us if you wish to pay by international bank transfer.

Consumer Rights

When you buy goods on this website, you have the same rights as when purchasing from a brick-and-mortar shop or showroom in Singapore. In the case of faulty equipment and warranty protection, please email the invoice number for approval before you return the item for servicing.

Your Personal Information

McGill Commercial House will only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes or, if necessary, when handling warranty claims. We do not sell, rent or loan customer email addresses or contact details to any other party. We may send occasional notices relating to our products or services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the emails or via your account settings page.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the products).
