If an item is in stock and we receive your order before 6pm, we normally deliver in 3-5 working days to any address in Singapore (mainland & Sentosa, excluding P.O. boxes, military/restricted areas).
You will receive a shipping update when order is to be shipped. Please call us if you have yet to receive any update after 5 working days from date of order.
If an item is out of stock at the time of order, you will be contacted for earliest delivery date. A full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait further.
Local parcels are trackable, with shipping fees typically at S$4.99 for small items up to 5kg and S$14.99 for large items up to 20kg.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice. Goods will be returned to us upon failed delivery. We reserve the right to refund you the price of goods less failed delivery charge. A re-stocking fee may also be imposed.
A signature is required for successful delivery. The courier may deliver to a neighbour with your permission.
The packages and their contents should be inspected as soon as possible after delivery. If an item arrives damaged please report it immediately to the courier and to McGill Commercial House. We endeavour to replace damaged goods as soon as possible.
We deliver worldwide, with low shipping fees for orders weighing less than 2kg.
There may be some shipping restrictions to certain countries. Please contact us if shipping fee is not indicated upon checkout. We will offer a shipping quote via email if an order can be shipped.
Orders usually require preparation time of 2-4 working days for shipping. If there is any shipping-related issue, we will update you. Please contact us if you have yet to receive any update after 5 working days from date of order.
For items that are out of stock after order is placed, we will notify you on the earliest shipping date. If you do not wish to wait further, a full refund shall be given.
Once an order is shipped, an update will be sent to your registered membership account AND email address. You will see shipping details once you login to your account.
If you do not receive our updates, please check your email account’s SPAM folder daily after your order is placed as emails from new or suspicious email addresses may be routed away from the Inbox folder. Move our first email to your Inbox and you should be able to receive future order updates successfully.
Deliveries to locations outside Singapore usually arrive in 4-16 working days. We use a combination of courier and postal service depending on the region and/or order value. We reserve the right to use any shipping option available to us.
You may contact us after 16 working days if your order has not arrived by then. We will raise an enquiry with the shipper and keep you updated.
When you order from us, you agree that certain unforeseen circumstances may occur during or before shipping, causing potential long delays on the delivery. For instance, COVID-19 situation has hit various delivery network drastically, with some countries temporarily suspending postal services.
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. McGill Commercial House, the operator of this website, is not responsible for these charges and we have no way of predicting what they might be. (Customs policies vary from country to country and may change without prior notice.) We strongly recommend you contact your local Customs office for further information if in doubt.
In the case of damage caused by shipping, please contact us immediately for a solution.
Only defective products are allowed to be returned for repairs/replacements. We do not accept returns due to change of mind after using the products. Therefore you should clarify with us on the suitability of product before placing an order.
If a product is no longer under warranty, repair fees will be charged at cost.
For local orders, you may contact us and bring the product to our showroom. For international orders, buyer will have to ship at own cost and we will be responsible for return shipping fee of repaired/replaced product(s).
In the unlikely case that a product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund less shipping fees to buyer will be made via the original payment option or a mutually agreed payment option.
For international orders, you have to contact us to obtain approval and a Return Authorization Number with the relevant shipping instructions.
Please note ordering any product from outside of your country always comes with a certain level of risk.
