Do you have any warranty for the products sold on this website?

Yes! All products come with a minimum of 1-Year Warranty unless stated otherwise. If a product you purchased becomes faulty, you are able to return it to us for repairs or replacement. If the warranty period has lapsed, we will charge a nominal fee for the repairs.

I do not see a product from a particular brand even though you offer other products from that same brand. Is it still possible for me to order?

Yes! You can contact us for a price quote for that particular product. We usually list products that are popular in the local market, but we also bring in products on special request from time to time.

I intend to opt for free self-collection for my order. Where should I go to collect?

For self-collection, you have to visit our Showroom next to Lavender MRT Station Exit B. The address is indicated at the bottom of our website. However please wait for us to contact you after your order has been processed. You may also call us to confirm collection time after an order is placed.

Where are your products shipped from?

Majority of the products are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. Some may be shipped from our international partners with local quality control checks before delivery. These are usually expensive or bulky items on pre-order basis.

I’m new to telescopes and keen to get one. Can I view the products in person before purchase?

Sure, you may do so by calling our showroom to book an appointment. We also strongly recommend you sign up for our 30-min technical consultation for an introductory lesson on telescopes/binoculars. You will receive a rebate equivalent to the sign-up fee, should you wish to purchase one after the session. So there is no monetary loss on your part if you order from us eventually.

How do I get to your showroom to view the products?

If you are taking the MRT, please alight at EW5 Lavender station. Exit via Entrance/Exit B, turn right and walk along the sheltered linkway in-between MacDonald’s and Kopitiam foodcourt. Cross a small lane and you will arrive at a building housing Toastbox and Burger King. Walk to the back of this building to access the lift lobby. Our showroom is located on the 4th floor, unit #04-152. You will see a glass door Just press the door bell to see our smiling faces!

If you are driving, you may patk at the multi-storey carpark next to 808 Kitchener Complex (opposite us) or at one of the roadside parking lots in the vicinity, if you are lucky. There is also a HDB multi-storey carpark next to 813 as a last resport as it is the furthest from our building, 809 Kitchener Complex.

I intend to get a Vanquest bag from you. How do I register for the limited lifetime warranty that this brand offers?

There is no need to do so. Your invoice will be the sole document required for the warranty. As the Authorized Dealer in Singapore for premium outdoor gear from Vanquest and Maxpedition, we handle all warranty-related issues. Just call us if you have a problem. We are the ones to make things easy for you!


I do not wish to pay online. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD) to my address in Singapore?

Yes, it is possible but the delivery time might be longer than usual. This is because our own staff would have to make the delivery. Currently we prohibit our contracted couriers from handling cash during deliveries. Alternatively, a better and quicker option would be for you to pick up the goods and pay cash at our showroom. Please call us for COD option.

How do you ensure my credit card details are safe?

All transactions on this website are protected by the latest data encryption technology from GeoTrust, a global leader in internet security. You can also see our Security Dynamic Seal near the bottom of the website. This proves that we are a legitimate business secured by GeoTrust, so you are absolutely safe when purchasing on this website!

Can I make credit card payment at your showroom?

Not possible. Currently we only offer cash payment or PayNow at our showroom. Credit card payment is only available on our website.

I am a tourist. Can I claim tax refund at the airport?

You are not able to do so as our company is not a participant of the tax rebate scheme for tourists. In addition, we absorb the tax component for every order currently.


Will I know which shipping company will be assigned to my order?

Yes, you will receive a link with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If your order is shipped out of Singapore, it can be by Post, Qxpress or FedEx at the time of writing. For orders within Singapore, Qxpress is usually the company in charge.

I need my goods urgently. Can I request for express shipping option for my order?

Yes, you may do so before an order is made. FedEx express delivery is used as default shipping option for certain countries only. If possible, we shall quote you the express delivery fee to your country and the difference in shipping fees, if any, will be made via a payment request email either from HitPay or PayPal.

How long is the delivery time for my order?

Orders in Singapore ~ 3-5 working days, orders beyond Singapore ~ 1-3 weeks, if there is no delay at Customs of your country.

Do I need to pay any taxes upon delivery?

Yes, you need to if your country’s Customs decide to make you pay. Please check with them for details. We are not responsible for such extra payments.

Can I return a product if I find it not to be what I have expected?

So sorry you are not able to do so, as this will be classified under “Change of Mind”, which is not a valid reason for a return. Therefore it is important and prudent for you to contact us to check or confirm the ability/performance of a particular product BEFORE an order is made.

My order is defective and I am not based in Singapore. What should I do next?

You should contact us as soon as possible if there is a defect in yout product. Due to high order volume, our staff do not inspect or test every product before shipping. Only high-value fragile items will be checked visually at least. We will offer a mutually acceptable solution. For minor defects, we may ofer a small refund to close the case, so as to save you the trouble of shipping it back.

Has the COVID-19 pandemic affected delivery time of orders?

Certainly! All types of international shipping are affected, some to devastating effects such as suspension of service. In spite of all these, we have included express shipping option to bring some good news to customers in certain countries. We seek your patience and kind understanding in such a difficult period.
